Dual Motion is generated in these parts feeders through feedback of vibration in the horizontal andvertica directions, as shown in the diagram. Sensors detect horizontal and vertical amplitude, thereby allowing separate control.

With high vibration frequencies of 100 to 180 Hz and small amplitude of 0.6 mm, this series is ideal for very small (10 mm or less), highprecision or ultra thin workpieces. Can accommodate bowls ranging from 150 to 700 mm in diameter for highly reliable conveyance.

With low vibration frequencies of 50 to 90 Hz and a large amplitude of 1.2 mm, this series is suited to workpieces from 10 mm up in size. Bowl diameters from 250 to 1, 100 mm can be accommodated, to give powerful feeder performance.

Designed for the automatic conveyaance and stable delivery of delicate components that are easily scratched or damaged, these feeders provide high-speed, high-precision parts handling. With the fine vibration of full wave drive and a soft start fnction, all types of tiny parts for cameras, watches etc. can be handled. Compact design takes up minimal space.

The piezoelectric parts feeder drive essentially consists of a fine ceramic piezo-resonator of lead titanate and lead zirconate. this cutting-edge parts feeder is directly driven for feeding through vibration by means of the piezo effect in which strain is generated by applying an electric current.

The vibrator is suited for a wide range of applications and different bowls may be installed at any position with a center or a peripheral lock. Non-standard bowls can also be installed with mouting holed drilled on the top plate. The drive unit has no coil or iron core and is durable as well as simple in its mechanism.
